WPP reshapes production for the AI era

AUCKLAND, Today: WPP has launched WPP Production, uniting Hogarth with production teams across the network to create a single global platform focused on scale, craft, innovation and growth in the AI era.

The move brings all creative producers together, combining talent, technology and data to deliver faster, smarter and more consistent world-class production for clients, while reimagining how content is created and delivered across markets.

Richard Glasson, Global CEO of Hogarth and incoming CEO of WPP Production, will oversee WPP Production globally, building on Hogarth’s leadership to drive a more connected, future-ready production offering across WPP’s client roster.

The platform is built around four priorities, unifying global craft expertise, integrating agency producers, unlocking next-generation content through AI and virtual production, and launching a high-velocity studio model that blends production and media.

The transition to WPP Production takes effect from 23 February 2026, ensuring seamless continuity for clients and partners as the new global platform comes online.
