Viaduct Harbour-based digital advertising sales house Ad2one has signed interest.co.nz to its first party data network, and will now represent interest’s data offering.

Ad2one offers premium publishers monetisation opportunities. interest.co.nz is a market-leading resource for interest-rate comparatives in NZ.

“Established in 1999, interest.co.nz has grown to be a key source of research on banks and other financial institutions that provide both lending and deposit products to the New Zealand market,” Ad2one country manager Mairi Herbert said.

“Interest.co.nz is completely independent of every financial institution and adviser group in the market.

“This win means we can target specific audiences showing strong intent across a spectrum of financial services including – but not limited to – home loan intenders, term deposits, Kiwisaver, currency, credit card intent, rural and property.

“Branded data, segmented properly from niche NZ publishers, means improved campaign results.”

“This is somewhat of the holy grail to a number of banks and financial services companies which understand they need to create a repetitive strong brand presence over time to win new business.

“The addition of interest.co.nz to our growing stable of data partners helps us to close the gap on purchase/intent across a spectrum of decision-makers, from family needs under kiwifamilies.co.nz, to travel under the JetMax Travel Network to retail with Priceme.co.nz to jobseekers from myjobspace.co.nz to now financial intent.”

interest.co.nz’s David Chaston said: “The Gravity4/Ad2one team has impressed us with the thoroughly professional approach they have taken when working with us on data and audience retargeting.

“We are sure that will pay off in results for users of this data.”

Mairi Herbert said: “After onsite inventory, data continues to be a highly sought-after commodity in this market. Branded data, segmented properly from niche NZ publishers means improved campaign results.”
