Auckland-based creative digital agency Little Giant Linked by Isobar has been awarded business from two of New Zealand’s most successful franchise operations – Green Acres and Hire-a-Hubby.

Green Acres provides house and commercial cleaning and gardening services, while Hire-a-Hubby provides household building, maintenance and handyman tasks.

Little Giant will manage all aspects of both businesses’ marketing activity across creative, digital and media platforms. The primary focus for the partnership over the next few months will be the creation of a new initiative for Green Acres that will be launched into the local market early in 2018.

“This exciting and innovative new platform will target an entirely different audience from existing Green Acres clients, and will leverage technology to invigorate the way in which consumers interact with the brand,” says Little Giant head of client services Danica Paki.

“Brands, now more than ever, need an agency partner that’s capable of improving their customer’s entire experience, from end to end. Working with these brands across all of their touchpoints means that we can ensure we’re providing robust solutions and driving the biggest value for them.

“We were excited to see the value that Green Acres and Hire-a-Hubby placed on the power of technology.”

“Throughout the pitch process, we were particularly excited to see the value that the Green Acres and Hire-a-Hubby teams’ placed on the power of technology and desire to add real value to their customers’ everyday lives – the upcoming launch of their new business platform is a great example of this vision.”

Green Acres ceo Logan Sears says after a lengthy pitch process he chose Little Giant as he felt that the agency presented the most professional organisation and stood out from the pack.

“I sensed that Mark and his team had a hard-edged desire to deliver a top-quality outcome, and that is synonymous with our own aspirations,” he said.

“Little Giant’s ‘you touch it, you own it’ values fit nicely with our own team’s ethos, and I am excited about the prospect of a proactive, integrated approach to delivering smart solutions to the hundreds of stakeholders in our business.”

This was a competitive pitch; the previous agency was ICG (rebranded to Jet Plane Indie).
