TRA promotes new partners
Auckland insights agency TRA has promoted two of its team to partnerships in the company – Karin Glucina and Shaun Fitzgibbon – and appointed a business director, who joins from the IRD.

Both now move from their previous roles as business directors, where they led the TRA business across a diverse range of clients including Air New Zealand, Mercury, New Zealand Post, Auckland Transport, Auckland Council, and Fonterra.

They join TRA’s existing partner team of Andrew Lewis, Amber Coulter, Connon Bray and Antony Ede.

“We’re really excited to bring two outstanding and long term members of TRA into our partner team”, says TRA managing director Andrew Lewis. “TRA has grown considerably in the last couple of years, and expanding our partner base will enable TRA to continue developing in new and exciting directions as insight takes on an even bigger role in organisations.

“In her new capacity, Karin will be working on key strategic initiatives for TRA, developing the TRA team and furthering the business’ obsession with creating amazing work for its clients.

“Shaun’s partner focus will be on business performance and data analytics.”

Andrew Robertson appointed business director
TRA has also appointed a business director – he’s Andrew Robertson, formerly principal advisor in Inland Revenue’s analytics and insight group.

“Andrew is a social sector specialist who has worked both for and within government over the past 11 years,” says Lewis. “His experience spans a wide range of research, including marketing and communications, behaviour change, corporate reputation, customer experience and political polling.”
