NZ agencies have submitted 44 entries to the 2015 Asian Marketing Effectiveness & Strategy Awards (better known as the AMES). Australian agencies came to the party with 72 entries.

The winners of the 13th AMES will be announced in Singapore on Wednesday 3 June.

In total, over 1100 entries were submitted from 19 countries in five categories – Effectiveness, Media Strategy, Digital Strategy, Data & Analytics and e-Commerce.

“The sheer number and quality of the entries are testament to the growing importance of strategic thinking in Asian marketing,” said AMES awards director Andrea Hayes.

The entries will be judged and shortlisted by a panel of 108 leading industry professionals from the region – but none at all from NZ or Australia (see the list at www.ames.asia/judge).

The shortlist will be released on 20 April. Winners will be honoured at the awards ceremony, held after the AMES Conference on the evening of Wednesday 3 June at Grand Hyatt Singapore.

Delegate registration is SGD750 for access to both the conference and awards. For full information on AMES Awards & Conference or to register to attend, visit www.ames.asia.

The AMES are organised by Lions Festivals and Haymarket Media Group.
