Rain makes street posters shine

AUCKLAND, Today: Bad weather used to be bad news for street posters, but not street-poster maestros Phantom Billstickers who have developed a poster that doesn’t peel off in the wet.

“Our proprietary Weathertec system uses a combination of ink, stock and adhesives to ensure street posters stay in their frames, even after a weather bomb hits,” says Phantom marketing manager Ben Stonyer.

“It’s a world-first, and it means your posters keep on working, rain or shine. It also means you don’t need to print extras to replace any posters that turned to pulp after a rainy night.

“Like you, we’re looking forward to sunny days again. In the meantime, you can rest assured your posters will continue to shine in the stormiest weather.”
