AUCKLAND, Friday: The NPA (News Publishers Association) has announced that entries have opened for the 2021 Voyager Media Awards, its annual celebration of the work of NZ’s journalists.
There are 14 categories and 60 individual awards, including Reporter of the Year and Science Journalist of the Year (which this year carries a $2500 cash prize, courtesy of the Science Media Centre), plus Best Columnist and Best Feature-Writing awards.
Entries close on Friday 26 February. The finalists will be announced in April, and the winners unveiled in May.
