Mt Wellington-based product sampling/brand activation agency The in Group has been taking its Purina Beneful dog-vending machine on the road, visiting public parks in Wellington and Christchurch – and coming to Auckland in February.
This contraption gives dogs more than they bargained for – instant gratification, in fact: When they pull on one of the toys attached, a tennis ball fires from the roof for them to chase. If they tug the rope, a bag of Beneful treats drops out.
