Warehouse NZ’s new ad chief signs for global pow-wow

The Warehouse Group NZ’s recently appointed chief marketing officer Jonathan Waecker has been named among the global panellists fronting up to the inaugural Advertising Week at Luna Park Sydney.

Advertising Week is among the world’s largest annual gatherings of advertising, creative, marketing, media and technology leaders. Previous speakers include Al Gore, Sheryl Sandberg, Martin Sorrell, Arianna Huffington, Drew Barrymore, Keith Weed and Michael Roth.

At Advertising Week APAC, smart local and global industry leaders will gather to debate the most pressing issues facing those industries, with a regional flavour. The main themes of this inaugural edition will be announced shortly.

The current line-up for Advertising Week includes:

  • David Shing, Digital Prophet for AOL/Oath
  • Jonathan Waecker, CMO at The Warehouse Group NZ
  • Chuck Porter, co-founder and chairman of CP+B
  • Sherilyn Shackell, founder and ceo of The Marketing Academy

Advertising Week APAC runs from Monday 30 July to Thursday 2 August at Luna Park Sydney.
