The Future of CX: How AI will humanise every customer journey is top of the menu when Aussie-based CRM outfit Salesforce holds its one-day Basecamp 2017 in Auckland at the end of this month.

The event features a series of breakout sessions, keynotes and workshops for Salesforce customers new and existing to learn more about the software platform.

Keynote speakers are Shaun Paga, director of business development at Soul Machines Auckland (AI), Fonterra digital transformation director Dominic Quin, Xero customer success manager Nigel Piper, and Sydney-based Salesforce area vice-president Tom Karemacher, who will explore the future of customer engagement, highlighting how innovative companies are using the cloud, mobility, IoT, and AI to achieve new levels of success.

AI will empower every interaction to be personalised – like you’re the only one receiving every ad.

Shaun Paga will address the audience about a world where artificial intelligence empowers every interaction to be personalised; like you’re the only one receiving every advertisement displayed, mobile offer, email sent and experiencing unique website, social and in-store visits.

“This,” he says, “might seem like an unachievable goal, but this is the future customer experience (CX), and it’s what customers now expect.”

The discussion will also include State of Marketing: Insights on Top Marketing Trends for 2017 and beyond – a preview of results from the fourth annual State of Marketing research study, based on a global survey of 3500 marketing leaders.

The venue is Sky City Convention Centre at 88 Federal St. The presentation is on next Thursday 31 August – from noon to 6pm.

The event is free!
