Sugar&Partners raided Air NZ’s global social team to recruit Zoe Tester, their new social media & digital account manager. She joins the digital and client service team led by Dennis Carroll and Dave Nash.

“Digital and social is the fastest growing part of our business,” says creative & digital director Nash. “Our clients focus and demand for truly sharable work is at the heart of every brief, so bringing Zoe’s understanding and expertise from Air New Zealand in the measurement, analytics and management of always-on social is a real coup.”

Tester was part of the team that drove Air NZ to be New Zealand’s leading brand in social media and was a key in the success of the social launch of the latest Hobbit Safety Video, arrival of the first 787-9 Dreamliner, and Air NZ Fairy campaigns.

Previous to Air NZ, Tester held roles at NZ Trade & Enterprise and in the Prime Ministers’ office.

“Zoe’s appointment is perfect timing for us as we’ve just pitched for and won digital and social work for existing ATL clients Red Seal and Flip broadband,” said Dennis Carroll.
