Viaduct Harbour-based branded content agency BrandWorld has appointed seasoned advertising sales professional Frances Quirk as business manager: “We’re delighted to welcome Frances to the team,” says Richard Stevens, BrandWorld’s managing director. “We’ve known her for a long time, as have many others in the industry. She’s a consummate professional with an enviable list of contacts and clients who trust her to offer them the best opportunities for their marketing dollar.”
Quirk has worked across all media platforms, including television and radio and, more recently, digital. At BrandWorld, she will be looking after all BrandWorld’s titles and bespoke opportunities, but will particularly focus on BrandWorld’s successful Discover platform, Stevens says.
Quirk says she’s been watching BrandWorld for a long time. “I love the idea that I can now be part of it all. Even though lots of organisations say they do content marketing, in my opinion nobody does it as well as BrandWorld. They really understand clients and know how to produce material that resonates with their target consumers.”
Discover is a “brilliant” platform for clients as it’s so immediately recognisable, familiar and credible, she says.
“If there’s one piece of advice I could give clients or anyone in marketing, it’s whatever you do, make it count. Make sure the client’s till rings at the end of the campaign. That’s what’s always driven me in this world of marketing – tell the town and make the till ring. I will only ever represent a brand I respect and I know will work for the client.”
BrandWorld has become a world leader in content marketing and advertising through its masthead formats Family Health Diary, Eating Well and Discover as well as a multitude of bespoke offerings including The Mix, Made-to-Match and Food in a Minute. Many of BrandWorld’s products, which are designed to showcase a multitude of different brands, have boosted products sales for clients by more than 200%. BrandWorld prides itself on being innovative and offering truly effective solutions to clients by combining programme-making skills with real research showing what clients’ consumers want. The company was the first New Zealand advertising company to offer clients cost effective, fixed cost packages; the first to aggregate multiple clients in a common advertising format; and the first company to retain ownership of its own advertising “brands.” Its offerings have won countless marketing awards for clients.
