FCB New Zealand today announced the appointment of two senior writers – Natalie Knight is a new arrival, while Murray Watt is a returning veteran.

Knight joins FCB after eight years at DDB. During that time, she has picked up international awards for NZ Lotteries, Sky TV, Lion Breweries, Steinlager, McDonald’s and Volkswagen.

At FCB she will be partnered with Kelly Lovelock. “I’m excited to join FCB,” she said. “There’s a good energy and great clients.”

Watt returns to FCB after four years as CD at Auckland indie shops Shine and &some. During his previous stint at FCB, he was one of the brains behind the Mitre 10 Sandpit.

Watt says, “It’s great to be back. I’m already getting stuck in.”

FCB New Zealand ECD Tony Clewett said: “We’re excited to have two such creative legends join – or in Muz’s case – re-join, our creative department. They both bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to the team. They are both a lot of fun and neither of them are wankers.

“We don’t like those round here.”
