Spark Home, Mobile and Business has appointed Clive Ormerod as its new general manager marketing.
Ormerod joins Spark after a seven-year career at Nike, where he held a number of key senior commercial and marketing roles on the Nike executive team for UK and Ireland, responsible for all retail, brand communications, digital marketing, and consumer experiences, across one of Nike’s most critical markets globally.

He has shown at Nike that he can lead teams to success in fast, complex and competitive markets, with a relentless focus on the end consumer.

He was born in Africa, and moved to New Zealand for university, graduating from the University of Auckland with a BCom, majoring in Marketing and International Business. He will start the new role at Spark on Monday 2 November.
