Hannah Alderson has joined The Pond as a Senior Talent Agent to place top creative people into freelance, contract, and fulltime positions in advertising, design, media, activation, PR, digital, film and TV production, as well as in-house corporate/SME design and digital departments.

Alderson comes from an ad industry background with 15 years of experience in the design, creative services, print, and post-production fields. Having begun her career as a graphic designer, she originally spent five years managing design studios before working as a Creative Services Manager for DDB and Draft FCB, and then as an Integrated Senior Producer for Colenso.

Prior to joining The Pond, she worked with Air NZ’s in-house design studio for two years, during which time she saw the design studio grow from small beginnings to a team of 10 with plans for further growth into digital.

The Pond offers a live pool of 300+ creative professionals spanning more than 40 different professions and aims to become the most accessible gateway in the market for businesses to hire casual, freelance, contract, and fulltime creative talent.

“The addition of Hannah to our team is a strategic step designed to provide all our clients – including even the smallest businesses – with the best creative talent available in New Zealand,” said Senior Talent Agent Leighton Howl.

“Hannah will be working in an agent team of two alongside Celine Ji, who has been with The Pond for three years focusing on digital talent acquisition and recruitment.

“Call Hannah or Celine now to discuss your talent requirements.”
