The ASB has appointed Dentsu Aegis Australia agency WiTH Collective to replace Saatchi & Saatchi as its agency of record, following the bank’s split with Saatchi announced two weeks ago.

WiTH will now set up shop in NZ. Their ASB campaign encompasses all Direct, Digital, and Data marketing services.

WiTH ceo/co-founder Justin Hind says the agency’s model of providing business strategy and creative, through to customer experience and optimisation, will complement the existing services provided by Dentsu Aegis Network.

“We believe strongly in the combination of logic and magic; that is, insight gained from data mixed with persuasive creativity,” he said. “We know this will be an effective model for ASB as it continues to grow in dominance in the New Zealand market.

“For us, expanding into New Zealand has been a goal for some time and I’m very excited to do so with a foundation client the size and strength of ASB. This move underpins the importance of being part of DAN and yet again reinforces the power of our operating model across the region”

“We believe strongly in the combination of logic and magic.”

ASB marketing GM Shane Evans said: “Our goal is to create and deliver personalised experiences for our customers, supported by data-driven insights and marketing optimisation. With all this in mind, we’ve been impressed with WiTH Collective’s strengths in data-led creativity and are looking forward to working with them locally.”

DAN NZ ceo Rob Harvey said: “WiTH Collective will add important direct and data capability that will perfectly complement our other agencies and I’m really excited about their potential for growth in this market.”

The agency will launch with an initial team of six.

The expansion follows the announcement of WiTH Collective’s linking to Isobar earlier this month to form part of the Isobar Australia Group, comprising Isobar, Soap Creative and WiTH Collective.

About WiTH Collective linked by Isobar
WiTH Collective is focused on solving its clients’ business problems by connecting with its customers. It does this through a combination of two powerful forces: logic and magic. WiTH Collective believes in the power of data and the persuasiveness of creativity; that the most powerful ideas begin with a great fact. Rather than resist the change digital brings, WiTH Collective embraces it.
