Asia-Pacific early deadline looming

With the early deadline closing in, Campaign Asia-Pacific is renewing its call for entries to the Australia/New Zealand Agency of the Year. The first deadline is Friday 1 September 2017.

This year the awards have added two new agency categories to the regional awards – the Mobile Marketing Agency of the Year and Social Media Agency of the Year. They have also brought back the Marketer of the Year category to recognise outstanding client marketers and agency partners.

The judging panel will comprise of senior regional ad people, and PricewaterhouseCoopers will tabulate the results.

The 2017 awards cover the period from 1 October 2016 to 30 September 2017, and entries will be evaluated by the judges.

Kiwi finalists
There were no NZ or Australian winners last year – but these Kiwi shops made the shortlist: OMD, Colenso BBDO, Proximity, FCB, DDB, MediaCom, Vizeum, PHD, MBM, iProspect, Eleven, and Ogilvy.

The categories are Australia/New Zealand AoY, Greater China, Japan/Korea, South-East Asia, South Asia, and Agency Network of the Year.
