AUCKLAND, Today: North Shore-based customer intelligence agency Perceptive has been appointed as a global insights partner for NZ software providers Vend and Xero.
Perceptive, which joined the Clemenger Group mid-2017, will be working on driving brand health, and undertaking extensive market research to help inform strategic decisions across both organisations to help them adapt to their ever-evolving international market and customer needs.

While Perceptive will be working with Vend and Xero independently there is a synergy between the two businesses. Vend’s leading point-of-sale software integrates with Xero, and when used together they seamlessly combine retail inventory management with simplified cloud based accounting software.
Pescott describes Perceptive as Australasia’s leading technology-based research agency. “We provide research and insights programmes to a variety of organisations across the Asia-Pacific, North America, United Kingdom, United Arab Emirates and India,” he said.
