Auckland ad agency/production company Augusto is gearing up its New York operation having recently secured distribution of their Richie McCaw feature film Chasing Great through the US and Canada via Abramorama, and a new client relationship with the New York Red Bulls Soccer Club.

This was celebrated last week at the US premiere of the film at the Cinépolis Theatre in New York, hosted by NZ Trade & Enterprise.

Augusto ceo and Chasing Great Director Michelle Walshe said, “We’re very stoked to be bringing this film to the US and Canada. These are still growing markets for rugby, but Richie’s story and his drive to be the best is proving universal in its appeal.”

About Chasing Great
Chasing Great follows Richie McCaw through his final season as he attempts the goal of captaining the All Blacks to the first ever back-to-back Rugby World Cup wins. Woven through that final season, the film tells the story of Richie’s life. With unprecedented access to McCaw and a family video archive, the film tells the story of how a shy farm boy went on to be one of the greatest rugby players of all time.
