- 48hr deadline closes: Thursday 4 March 2021 @ 4pm
- Scrutineering completed: Tuesday 16 March
- Preliminary judging (Online): Briefed on Monday 22 March – until Friday 26 March
- Easter: Friday 2 April to Monday 5 April
- Category judging (pre-reading): Wednesday 7 April to Monday 12 April
- Category judging (In person): Thursday 15 April
- Tickets on sale: Thursday 15 April
- Finalists announced: Thursday 15 April
- School Hols: Saturday 17 April to Sunday 2 May
- Anzac Day (Sunday 25 April): Observed Monday 26 April
- Executive judging: Thursday 29 April
- Best in Show International judging: Tuesday 4 May – Friday 7 May
