AUCKLAND, Today: Clemenger BBDO has closed its Ponsonby offices at 33 College Hill, and moved across the street to share Colenso BBDO’s space at No 100.
Both agencies are down in numbers due to coronavirus redundancies, and the change is seen as a prudent move, with the entire ad business facing uncertain times.
There’s been no announcement from either agency – but Clemenger now has around 20 staff in Auckland, while Colenso’s numbers are down to an estimated 100.
Porter Novelli, too
Porter Novelli PR, also a division of BBDO and Clemenger’s flatmates in College Hill, also made the move to Colenso.
