After overseeing Clemenger Group New Zealand operations as ceo for 10 years, Sydney-based Jim Moser is stepping down to take on a new group role, and is being replaced by a NZ-resident ceo.
Clemenger Group executive chairman Robert Morgan said: “Jim Moser has done a fantastic job leading our extremely strong and diverse New Zealand operations.
“New Zealand accounts for about 30% of our group profits and an even greater share of our creative reputation. New Zealand punches well above its weight on both counts. In his time in New Zealand, Jim Moser has made many friends and business contacts and has been a great coach and leader across our businesses.
“Clemenger Group NZ deserves to have a dedicated ceo located in New Zealand.”

That replacement will be Jim Gall, who has been based at Clemenger’s Redhanded Communications (which he founded) in Melbourne. More more recently he was chairman and ceo of Clemenger’s Marketforce / OMD Western Australia.
Jim Gall will relocate to Auckland on 1 November and move his family over in January 2019.
Jim Moser will become ceo of Clemenger Marketing Services – that is, all the Australian Clemenger Group companies other than CHE Proximity and Clemenger BBDO Melbourne / Sydney.
