Coke launches local RWC promo

Rugby fans purchasing Coca-Cola through to August may find they score more than just an icy cold, Coca-Cola, with the latest MYCOKE promotion offering New Zealanders the chance to attend Rugby World Cup 2015 quarterfinals in Cardiff.

There are three trips to be won, each lucky winner will take two mates with them to Cardiff for a once in a life time experience watching a quarter-final.

Coca-Cola is supporting this promotion with an integrated campaign across in-store point of sale, OOH, Adshels, Westfield table tops, search, digital media and social media.

“The MYCOKE programme has been invaluable in engaging consumers, driving them to the Coke website and encouraging them to open happiness, and this latest promotion is one of the most exciting that I think we have been able to reward consumers with so far,” says Delina Shields at Coca-Cola Oceania Auckland.

MYCOKE launched in October last year and it is a programme developed to engage new and existing Coca-Cola consumers in a new and innovative way.

To be in to win the prize, consumers purchase Coca-Cola, register with MYCOKE at or via the Coke NZ app, enter their unique code to earn points and use these points to enter the Rugby World Cup 2015 quarter-final competition before Thursday 20 August.
