Colenso BBDO has launched new summer brand work – including two new TVCs – for Spark. This is a new phase of the brand work Spark kicked off in July.

“The work we’ve got planned for summer continues the emotional storytelling of the first phase, conveying moments of human connection, enabled by technology, but we’re bringing that to life in new ways,” says Spark comms adviser Lydia Tebbutt.

There will be an emphasis on being experience-led in this next phase, with activations planned to help Kiwis get the most out of their summer, including …

  • Free Socialiser (now also including Spotify) so people can keep connected on social and stream their favourite summer tunes without chewing up their data.
  • Two stripped-back TVCs – familiar faces from the first series will feature again in one of the clips. The other features a young girl taking a panoramic video of Pakiri. Apart from the muted music in her headphones, neither of the clips have backing music.
