LONDON, Today: DDB NZ has taken out one of only four Golds at the Effective Innovation category of the Warc – for (you guessed it) Netsafe Re:scam.

Warc describes this competition as “a global search for next-generation marketing effectiveness”.

The other three Golds went to MullenLowe SSP3 Colombia, Mindshare Australia, and MediaCom Russia. There was also a Grand Prix, which went to Energy BBDO USA.

Thirteen campaigns from around the world were selected for the Grand Prix, four Golds, five Silvers and three Bronzes. DDB’s Gold was NZ’s only success.

The winners of the remaining categories – Effective Content Strategy, Effective Social Strategy and Effective Use of Brand Purpose categories – will be announced shortly.
