WELLINGTON, Today: CBD-based indie agency/production outfit EightyOne has produced a social media campaign (with backup from Stuff) for Women’s Refuge Safe-Night-a-thon.

ECD Chris Bleackley said: “The Safe-Night-a-thon aims to raise 10,000 Safe Night sover 10 days in a massive drive to keep thousands of women across Aotearoa New Zealand safe from family violence.

“Gifting a Safe Night costs just $20 [scroll down for the link]. Everyone who donates a Safe Night ensures someone in need has access to a safe bed, hot meals, security, childcare, and advice

“Helping to transform the Women’s Refuge brand has been a massive highlight for EightyOne”

“Prizes include Whittaker’s chocs, indie-pop sensation Benee singing you Happy Birthday, sporting couple Beauden & Hannah Barrett dropping your kids at school, or a Barbie outfit designed with Karen Walker, rubbing shoulders with MPs at the Beehive, and a clean-your-house performance from Hilary Barry & Jeremy Wells.”

The videos were produced in house by EightyOne Productions.

Chris Bleackley said: “over 200 nights are needed every night. We’re raising as much as we can. Helping to transform the Women’s Refuge brand has been a massive highlight for EightyOne.”
