Arrivals & Departures: FCB Media reshapes leadership, taps New Yorker

FCB Media today announced the establishment of new leadership positions and a global hire to drive continued focus on planning, investment, technology and data.

The new-look FCB Media leadership team includes the promotion of Blair Alexander and Terri Collier to General Manager positions and Anne Lipsham to Head of Strategy. The media agency completes its new-look leadership team with the appointment of globally awarded digital media leader Emily Isle to General Manager – Digital.

Blair Alexander has been promoted from Media Director to General Manager – Planning, which sees him taking responsibility for developing the agency’s channel and implementation planning product. Alexander has been at FCB Media for eight years and has been instrumental in the agency’s recent growth.

Terri Collier has been promoted from Media Director to General Manager – Investment & Operations, which sees her take responsibility for the agency’s approach to media investment and technology-enabled operations. Collier has been at FCB Media for eight years and has been leading negotiations across some of the agency’s largest clients during the latter part of this tenure.

Anne Lipsham has been promoted from Communication Planning Director to Head of Strategy. She will lead and oversee strategy and insight utilizing the agency’s suite of local and global insight and planning tools, as well as leverage skills and expertise within the wider FCB Integrated Strategy team including Data, CX and CRM strategy.

Complementing these internal promotions is the recruitment of globally awarded digital media leader Emily Isle from Starcom New York to new role of General Manager – Digital within FCB Media.

She brings with her unique experience across communications planning through to digital media operations, investment and strategy. Most recently she has driven global programmatic innovation, recognised with Global Festival of Media Gold and Silver awards across programmatic search and mobile.

She was also the lead digital strategist behind the Cannes Lion Gold winning Oscar Selfie for Samsung.

She will oversee the media agency’s growing digital operations across brand, programmatic, social, search, data and analytics.
