PARIS, Today: France-based Stink Studios visited Rakino Island in Auckland’s Hauraki Gulf to shoot this compelling 90-second spot for Swiss luxury watchmaker Jaeger-LeCoultre, directed by Flying Fish’s Jason Brock.

The film stars Benedict Cumberbatch, and was exec-produced by Fish’s James Moore & Samantha Attenborough.

Bock said: “In a conversation I had with Benedict we explored the avenues of time, perception, mindfulness and the connection with nature.”

“Shot in March as one of the last productions left standing, this collaboration required aptitude like never before.”

Fish MD James Moore said: “Shot in late March as one of the last productions left standing, this collaboration with Stink Films and Stink Studios Paris required aptitude like never before.

“Border closures and quarantine requirements called for our French production partners and clients in Switzerland to channel in remotely. The shoot consisted of three main units working in unison – Aqua, Terra and Air, all directed by Jason from one central off-set hub.

“Finally we share this piece of work with you – a testament to the creativity, diligence and cooperation of our team and partners.”
