Auckland agency Mr Smith has sold the company to global network Havas, with founding partners John O’Leary & Ben Handy staying on to head the new shop – now known as Havas NZ.
Havas NZ offers full programmatic digital media and offline media planning and implementation, brand/channel strategy, content creation and production across all platforms.
O’Leary has been confirmed as ceo, while Handy becomes chief creative officer. Havas NZ will continue to be based in the former Mr Smith premises at 35 High Street.
