Tilt Health – an interactive half-day seminar that aims to inspire healthcare marketers to use digital tools to connect with their customers – comes to Auckland on Thursday 3 August.

The show runs 12.30pm to 6pm; early-bird tickets cost $299+gst, reverting to $399+gst on Friday 21 July.

The venue is Auckland’s new business precinct, GridAKL, created at the Wynyard Quarter – 101 Pakenham Street West.

The promoters say the event will be the first of its kind and its purpose is to bring together healthcare marketers and some of NZ’s digital/tech expects and talk about what good marketing and engagement actually looks like.

The main topics will be Health Tailored Thinking, Practical Applications, and Networking.

The brain behind this is Tania Rowland, founder of Divergent Consulting. She’s being assisted by Auckland healthcare communications consultancy essence, which is marketing and organising the event.

“With a focus on customer-centricity, data and automation, our speakers are leaders in their fields,” she says. “This will be an event that will equip healthcare marketers with practical insights to enable them to evolve their marketing plans for the digital age.”

The speakers include:

  • Southern Cross Health Society head of marketing Chris Watney (topic: Beyond the insurance policy – how Southern Cross engages members in their digital health journeys)
  • IBM NZ analytics & artificial intelligence leader Isuru Fernando.
  • Tech Futures Lab Auckland’s Priti Ambani.
  • MedicineX group business director Cathryn Corcoran (Getting started & optimising social media in healthcare)
