APN has set up a digital extension of the NZ Herald’s twice-weekly Commercial Property section. The site, called TrueCommercial (truecommercial.nzherald.co.nz), went live yesterday.

The site can be reached directly, or from an icon on the Herald website’s navigation bar.

“New Zealanders now have a digital destination for commercial property and businesses for sale listings plus the latest, market-leading property insight with the launch of TrueCommercial,” said APN NZ Media chief marketing officer Kursten Shalfoon.

The site features nationwide property listings as well as editorial from the Herald, data insights and market analysis. It will pull in the latest newsfeed articles as well as special content from Commercial Property editor Colin Taylor.

“We’re bringing New Zealand commercial property with perspective,” Shalfoon said. “It’s the only website offering much more than national property listings – you’ll find trusted opinion, advice, key data trends and the latest property research.”

The Herald’s Commercial Property section will be rebranded TrueCommercial from this Wednesday 6 August.

“With confidence in the sector at a near-record high and market conditions amongst the most favourable in recent memory, TrueCommercial arrives in time for an industry about to hit its stride,” saod APN group sales director David Hoath.

“We’ve received a positive response and immediate support for the launch of TrueCommercial from the industry, allowing us to start with a strong foundation.”
