AUCKLAND, Today: Boosting BCG2 Auckland’s digital ranks are two new hires, Joel Francis and Jess Dearsley.

Dearsley joins as digital account executive fresh from her previous role as digital content producer for Roadtrippers, a web-based and mobile app to help travellers plan road trips in the US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

She has a musical bent, and when she’s not working, you’ll find her DJ’ing around town.


“I’ve had my eye on Joel ever since I saw him play guitar at Botab.”

Joel Francis joins the BCG2 creative department as a copywriter and digital specialist, working across all the agency’s clients. He made a move from Colenso where he’s spent the last five years.

BCG2 chairman/ECD James Blackwood said: “I’ve had my eye on Joel ever since I saw him play guitar at Botab.

“He will be a great asset to the agency band. And of course our creative team and clients.”
