AUCKLAND, Wednesday: MediaWorks has announced the appointment of three new agency general managers to its commercial team. Anna Magasiva, Sarah Jones and Matt Field will join the company in the coming months as agency GMs responsible for delivering radio, out-of-home and digital solutions for advertisers.

“I know their individual skill sets and understanding of the media landscape will add real value to our business and to our agency partners.”

Anna Magasiva joins MediaWorks after 12 years at Bauer Media where she held a number of senior leadership roles. Most recently she was commercial head of brand, where she led the commercial brand team responsible for Bauer’s print and digital advertising revenue.

“These appointments demonstrate our commitment to invest in a strong commercial division to support best-in-market ad solutions.”

Prior to that she was group sales director across the women’s portfolio and key accounts director where she managed Bauer’s top FMCG and beauty clients in Australia and New Zealand.

“I’m thrilled to be joining such a dynamic company as MediaWorks with its fantastic line-up of strong, successful media brands. The scope of opportunity is really exciting and I can’t wait to get started,” she said.
