A further 29 entries from New Zealand have made Cannes Lions category shortlists – in Digital Craft, Design, Outdoor, and PR.

Nine in PR

Nine NZ entries are through to the shortlist stage of the Cannes PR Lions, including four from Y&R, two each from Saatchi & Saatchi and Colenso BBDO, and one from DDB.

Three of Y&R’s successes came for Burger King McWhopper; the 4th was for Breast Cancer Cure Breast Milk.

Saatchi’s pair were both for ASB Bank Clever Kash; Colenso’s were for Amnesty Adblocker and DB Brewtroleum, and DDB is there with Sky TV Unforgotten Soldiers.

16 in Outdoor

Sixteen NZ entries make shortlist stage of the Outdoor Lions category.

Y&R leads the way with six – one of which includes six executions. Colenso has five, DDB three (one includes two executions), and FCB has two (one has three executions).

New Zealand has three entries through to the shortlist stage of the Cannes Design Lions.
