AUCKLAND, Today: PHD PR/comms specialist Victoria Fruean is leaving the company and moving to Sydney. Exactly where, she won’t say!
“There won’t be a release from PHD,” she told M+AD. “I prefer as little fuss and attention as possible.”
Fat chance! In the past five years, Fruean (a qualified journalist) has become a well-known face in Agencyland – and a valued contact for M+AD.
“It has been really great working with you; thank you for your support of PHD,” she wrote us shortly before disappearing into the sunset (tomorrow is her last day at PHD).
Fruean is also ex Spark PR & Activate (now Drum), Darkhorse, and Mango.
PHD is now recruiting for a new PR and marketing person. We’ll keep you posted. In the meantime, Penny Harvie and Katie Walton are managing the role.
