AUCKLAND, Tuesday: On Friday, the Newmarket business community gathered at Cordis to celebrate the annual Newmarket Business Awards hosted by the Newmarket Business Association, with major sponsors Auckland MINI Garage and Q Mastercard.

Burger Burger was named as the winner in the Best Use of Social Media, sponsored by Spark Business Hub Waitakere.

NBA agency One Plus One Group account manager Lebron Davis reported: “This year’s independent judging panel featured prominent business leaders and influencers, including Simon Bridges (Auckland Chamber of Commerce), Stewart Sherriff (former ceo at 2degrees), Anthony Hoy Fong (celebrity chef), Cameron Bagrie (Bagrie Economics), Kelly Bennett (One Plus One), Koro Dickinson (Poutama Trust), Elena Kim (PWC), Michelle Vogt (Mint Consulting), Wynnis Armour (Armour Consulting), and four expert mystery shopper judges.
