NZ mines precious metals in Vegas

Clemenger BBDO Wellington has won NZ’s only Gold so far at the London International Awards, currently under way in Las Vegas. Saatchi & Saatchi (2), Clemenger and Assembly also picked up Silvers, while Bronzes went to Ogilvy & Mather, Robber’s Dog and Liquid Studios.

Clemenger’s Gold came for NZTA Mistakes (already a global awards winner) in the TV/Cinema/Online Film (Public Service/Social Welfare) category, and the same ad won a Silver in TV/Cinema/Online Film (Copywriting).

Saatchi & Saatchi scooped one Silver trophy in Integration for Tui Plumber, and one Silver in the Non-Traditional (Experiential) category for Tui Catch a Million.

Assembly’s Silver came in Production & Post (Animation) for NZI Devil’s Chair, while Robber’s Dog took Bronze in Production & Post (Cinematography) for Steinlager Born to Defy. Liquid’s Bronze also came in Production & Post (Music Adaptation – Instrumental) for NZI Devil’s Chair.

O&M was the only Kiwi winner in Print, picking up Bronze for Forest & Bird $5 Makes A Difference; $10 Makes A Difference; $50 Makes A Difference.
