AUCKLAND, Today: NZME has announced the appointment of Nikki Stevens to the new role of GM of its Wellington and Australian agency teams – a position which includes oversight of Australia agency Markets (which takes care of NZME business in Sydney & Melbourne).

Stevens was previously GM of MediaCom, a position she’s held for the past five years. Prior to that, she did nine year stints at both Total Media and Y&R.

“After spending 20 plus years of my career within global advertising networks I am very excited to join NZME. In an ever changing media environment, where flexibility, content and creativity is paramount, it’s the perfect place to take my diverse knowledge across clients, integrated media solutions, and most importantly people and culture.

“I’m looking forward to working across all NZME platforms and brands, alongside their amazing talent and teams to deliver best in class media solutions for agencies and their clients.”
