Colenso scores NZ’s first Cannes Gold

The big NZ shops Colenso BBDO, Saatchi & Saatchi, and DDB are progressing to a satisfactory conclusion of the Cannes Lions, which will be wound up this weekend (with a full coverage in M+AD Monday).

Colenso has so far scored a Gold, Silver and a Bronze in the Mobile Lions for Pedigree SelfieStix, and Saatchi scored the Bronze in the Radio & Audio Lions for Toyota Genuine Parts Legal Advice.

Meanwhile, the shortlists are appearing thick and fast.

  • DDB shortlisted in Craft Lions for Sky TV GirlsBreakUp Ice Cream.
  • NZ entrants scored eight finalists in Film Craft: DDB x 4, Sweetshop, Scoundrel, Assembly.
  • DDB scored two finalists in Cannes Digital Craft Lions shortlist for Netsafe x 2.
  • Six entries from NZ – three for Steinlager – make the Cannes Brand Experience & Activation shortlist led by DDB NZ.

M+AD will run a full list of NZ results on Monday (the Lions finish Friday).
