AUCKLAND, Today: Independent Parnell-based agency One Plus One Communications has this month announced the addition of four new members. Morgan MacFadyen, Lebron Davis, James Tapp, and Grace Ulu join the firm as senior account manager, account manager, and account executives, respectively.

Managing director Kelly Bennett, says he’s really impressed with the new additions to the team. “The business has grown substantially, and each of our additions brings with them a unique perspective, positive attitude and valuable skills.”

MacFadyen has six years of industry experience and a skill-set comprising internal and external stakeholder relations, event management, and content creation.

MacFadyen’s move to One Plus One will see her managing complex accounts spanning corporate, consumer, and social communications.

“One Plus One is on the lookout for outstanding consultants. Candidates are encouraged to enquire at kelly.bennett@oneplusonegroup.co.nz.”

Lebron Davis (Ngāpuhi) joins the agency with a strong in-house background within the public health sector. Davis will be joining the wider team on accounts across industries such as finance, FMCG, and tech.

Business and communications student James Tapp, takes his first steps into the communications industry with a knack for audio and copywriting.

Tapp’s arrival will see him working across a range of accounts spanning corporate and consumer PR, social media management and stakeholder engagement.

Recent communications graduate Grace Ulu, steps into the agency world off the back of an in-house position at a large Pasifika-led healthcare provider. Ulu is motivated to amplify Māori and Pasifika stories across the agency’s accounts.
