AUCKLAND, Today: PH Digital’s rolling out phase two of their massive shake-up, with Toss Grumley and Christine Kearney now owning the show after buying out founder Murdoch Razmi.

This move comes hot on the heels of their March 5 rebrand from Powerhouse to PH, launching the ‘Digital Chemistry’ concept to demystify performance marketing.

Murdoch Razmi’s saying goodbye but leaves proud. “To say I am extremely proud of everything we have achieved is an understatement,” he shares about his exit.

Razmi believes now’s the best time to bow out, with PH in great hands and poised for success. He’s excited for his next adventures and hints at staying connected with PH as a client.

Christine Kearney, now CEO, spearheaded the rebrand and views the ownership change as a fresh growth chapter for PH. She’s excited about what lies ahead for the team and their clients.

Toss Grumley echoes the sentiment, praising Razmi’s foundation and looking forward to driving PH to new heights with Kearney.

Grumley’s been a guiding force at PH since 2018, a year after its launch, bringing strategic insight and helping the agency soar in the digital marketing realm.

Kearney, joining PH with a wealth of experience in luxury brand marketing, found investing in PH an easy choice, drawn by its potential and direction.

With Razmi moving on, Grumley and Kearney’s buyout marks a significant investment in PH’s future, signaling their dedication to its success and their belief in the team and clients they serve.
