JWT and Ford have launched a social media attack on the Toyota Hilux campaign, unleashing their own droll, pie-eating, khaki Swanndri weatherman character, and sending up the Hilux bloke to the hilt.
Unlike Hilux Guy, this one is a viral video and won’t be seen on mainstream media.
Ford’s arrival on the scene was prompted by recent news that for the first time in 32 years, Ford Ranger ute sales have passed the Hilux in NZ.
