AUCKLAND, Today: Parnell full-service creative agency Rainger and Rolfe has launched Ask The Navigator – a new service to help creative businesses struggling with the challenges of Covid-19.

Ant Rainger: “For some, it could even be a gamechanger.”

Rainger who with his team at R&R set up Ask The Navigator to help business owners, agency owners and creative SMEs working through the business issues and impact of the current pandemic.

“It’s got pretty interesting. We’ve been talking with agency owners and creative business owners wanting support and advice. Perhaps because we’re from their world and know their issues, we can do this better than generalist business coaches or mentors.

“Revenue decay, client projects being cancelled or delayed, stubborn overheads, salaries, employment contracts, freelancers, technology, fixing the P&L and re-imagining the future are all part of the picture – and the new conversation.

“But it doesn’t stop there. Many of the discussions start with navigating Covid-19 in the short term but quickly lead to addressing the future of their business and asking what it could look like. Given the current disruption, it’s not surprising a big part of this includes exploring and/or reinventing the business model, as they look out to 2021 and beyond.

“The process is confidential, fast and practical. It’s also free, without cost or obligation.”
