AUCKLAND, Today: Australia’s most chaotic street bird has found itself at the centre of a new Thinkerbell campaign for Snap Send Solve.
The free app lets people report local issues to councils, and new research suggests bin chickens and dumped rubbish may be more connected than anyone wanted to admit.
In councils with high bin chicken populations, 23.5% of reports through the app are linked to dumped rubbish. In areas with few or no bin chickens, that figure drops to 10%.
Naturally, Thinkerbell has responded with a trash-talking, grime-loving local menace who has absolutely no interest in clean streets.
Meet MC Bin Chicken, a bird on a mission to defend his trash kingdom from Snap Send Solve, one abandoned trolley and pothole spa at a time.
To MC Bin Chicken, cleanliness is a catastrophe. His message is simple: keep Australia dirty, and whatever you do, definitely do not use the app.
“This app is a buzzkill. Usually you couldn’t walk down a Sydney block without finding a prime chippie buffet in a dumped trolley. With Snap Send Solve around, my trash kingdom is under threat. I had to drop a diss-track to keep the streets real.” – MC Bin Chicken

Danny Gorog, CEO at Snap Send Solve said, “MC Bin Chicken has every right to be worried. Last year, Snap Send Solvers reported 39,218 abandoned trolleys and over 43,000 illegal dumping incidents across Sydney alone.
“That’s a disaster for his trash kingdom, and a win for everyone else. The more people who download Snap Send Solve, the cleaner our streets, and the harder his life gets.”
The feud between MC Bin Chicken and Snap Send Solve will roll out this week across social, digital and OOH. The work was developed by Thinkerbell, with heavy support from Made Promptly, its in-house AI production studio.
The original visuals for MC Bin Chicken were created by clay model artist Irina Perisic Bosnjack, while the music track origins came from musician Matt Plant.
Both IRL origins were created to protect intellectual property and creative craft.
