Auckland social media agency Socialites has won the Bayer NZ Consumer Health account in a three way pitch against data-crunchers Krunch Auckland and JWT NZ.

The agency will be working across all Bayer Consumer Health brands in New Zealand, including Berocca, Claratyne and Elevit.

“We were looking for a partner that could clearly demonstrate strategic thinking as well as creative execution,” said Bayer NZ brand manager Sarah Alexander.

“We are excited to bring Socialites into the fold.”

Socialites client lead Emma John said: “We’re very excited about helping Bayer’s Consumer Health brands grow on social media in New Zealand. The team have plenty of creative ideas.”

Other Socialites clients include House of Travel, Mitre 10, The Co operative Bank, and Sanitarium.

Socialites was founded by Wendy Thompson (a former APN digital marketing consultant) in 2010.
