SYDNEY, Today: Special Group New Zealand – with a little help, no doubt, from Special Australia – has made it through to the shortlist of the Australian Effie Awards.

Special’s Tourism NZ Good Morning World is a finalist in two categories – Travel and Most Original Thinking.

The shortlist, produced by Australia’s Communications Council, unveiled a total of 88 entries from 24 agencies on behalf of 36 clients to make it through.

The Effie winners, Effective Agency of the Year, Effective Advertiser Award, and Grand Effie will be announced on Friday 30 October.
