Kiwi multi-awarded director Steve Ayson has departed The Sweet Shop after 10 years to launch his own production company, 3and7, which will represent him in New Zealand, Australia and Asia.
Ayson, who is ranked #3 director in the world on Campaign Brief Australia’s Bestads site over the last decade, says he and 3and7 will be spending more time in the southern hemisphere, and would love to work with more agencies in this region.
