Indie creative agency Sugar&Partners has won the Australia & New Zealand business of Mr Rental in Australia & NZ.
The Auckland shop won in a pitch against the incumbent, Brisbane agency Cooee, and undisclosed agencies on both sides of the Tasman.
“The sharing economy and modern ways to rent or hire – without having to own lots of stuff – is really taking off in the digital age” said Sugar managing partner Jeremy Johnston.
“We think this is an amazing time of change and opportunity for Mr Rental – plus we were really pleased to be able to pitch for and win the trust of the Mr Rental team on a Transtasman opportunity.”
Mr Rental has 65 stores across Australia & NZ and new S&P activity will start to hit the market in the next few months.
