AUCKLAND, Today: Sales icon Suzanne Paul is back. She’s launched PitchMe Online’s product demonstration shopping channel, and she’s ready to “help New Zealand businesses after the challenges of the last two years”.

“In-person demonstrations have always been an important sales tool for businesses with unique services and products, but they have mostly been taken off the table given physical distancing requirements,” she says.

“PitchMe Online is a one-stop shop for businesses, promoting their services and products on a YouTube channel, along with Facebook, Instagram and TikTok platforms.

“YouTube is the most visited online video site in New Zealand, with 40% of New Zealanders visiting the platform daily. It made sense that a shopping channel should now be online.”

PitchMe’s digital strategy lead Joe France said: “It also made sense that if a new shopping network launched, Suzanne Paul would front it, along with other skilled sales presenters, as arguably the most experienced salesperson in New Zealand.

“With her love of discovering and pitching high quality products and services, Suzanne knows exactly how to demonstrate them in a way that will create demand.

“PitchMe Online is designed to tell stories and connect innovators and inventors withnshoppers who want to learn about life-improving products and services. Suzanne Paul leads a team of presenters including Melanie Kerr, and the demonstrations and presentations are filmed in a custom-built Auckland studio.

“The result is an injection of new sales, and new customers, into local businesses and the response has been overwhelmingly positive.

“Shoppers are notified daily across social media channels of new products, services and special offers.”
