The latest frivolous internet time-waster to come to our attention is a site that allows you to locate the movie that was No 1 at the box office on the day you were born.
Yes, there’s a website these days for everything – this one also finds the top 10 songs on your birth day.
For the record, Ed’s movie was something called Babes On Broadway. His top 10 was much more promising, featuring a veritable who’s who of the jazz era: Glen Miller, Jimmy Dorsey, Harry James, Woody Herman, Kay Kyser.
As a bonus, the site featured rotating ads for NZME and Marketo for a short time when we visited.
